Ryan Grandi brings a well-rounded background in construction, real estate, and financing to every project. With experience not only in the field but also in the office, he offers clients a unique blend of hands-on expertise and behind-the-scenes know-how — especially when it comes to understanding project costs, timelines, and financing options.
Before co-founding True Grit, Ryan worked across multiple industries, including loan origination and property development. His time in the lending world taught him how to navigate the financial side of building — giving clients added confidence when planning large-scale projects or budgeting complex renovations.
Raised in a rural community and shaped by years of hard, honest work, Ryan embodies the qualities that define the True Grit name: determination, character, and follow-through. Whether he’s managing a build or advising clients, he brings the same steady leadership, clear communication, and commitment to excellence.
When he’s not on a job site, you’ll likely find him working the land with his wife and kids — staying grounded in the kind of hands-on life that continues to fuel his passion for building.
Teddy King
Co-Founder, True Grit
Teddy King is a seasoned professional with decades of experience in construction, logistics, and operations. Known for his no-nonsense work ethic and steady leadership, Teddy has built a career on doing things the right way — with integrity, craftsmanship, and grit.
From coordinating complex transportation operations to overseeing large-scale building projects, Teddy’s hands-on knowledge runs deep. He approaches each job with a strategic mindset and a practical, can-do attitude — always focused on delivering quality work and clear results.
As a co-founder of True Grit, Teddy is involved in every stage of a project, offering guidance, insight, and on-the-ground leadership. Clients and crews alike appreciate his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to seeing every project through — no matter the challenge.
Outside of work, Teddy enjoys time with his growing family and finds fulfillment in the same kind of hands-on, purposeful living that defines the True Grit philosophy.
